From 9 April 2025 we will serve you fresh Baden asparagus (if available) with homemade hollandaise sauce, vinaigrette, gypsy ham and raw ham
CHF 22.50 (150g) CHF 38.50 (400g)
Other spring highlights include a tender lamb entrecôte with a herb crust or a fine veal steak with a morel cream sauce. Both served with fresh asparagus and fried potatoes.
