Our current appetizer highlight is smoked whitefish fillets from Schwybogen. Every Sunday morning, Michael and his son Luca Näpflin smoke some of their freshly caught whitefish into this wonderful delicacy. We serve it with a small salad bouquet with Caesar dressing and horseradish foam.
